COVID-19 Update – June/July 2020

21st century business is powered by data. It helps business work by connecting employees and companies and customers. Doing our best to keep data flowing must be a priority.

In line with Government of Ontario guidelines, CBL Data Recovery continues to be open providing services for customers to help business work and restore confidence in difficult times.


Customers experiencing data loss need to get back to business. The chance for a successful recovery is much higher closer to the initial failure date. When it comes to recovery service it is advisable not to fall behind on data loss. In order for us to provide the highest quality data recovery service we continue to make options available to help.

Whether customers are working from home and/or practicing social distancing or wish to submit a recovery case in-person, we request that you have a CBL Project ID# established ahead of time. There are a number of ways to do this:

  2. Contact our service representatives at 1-800-551-3917
  3. Then follow the shipping / drop-off procedures.

While your recovery case is in-lab, project updates and status can be provided by phone or email as always.

Maintaining progress against the spread of this virus by limiting social encounters must continue to ensure health and safety. We at CBL recognize that we are in a fortunate position to continue to serve from a distance while our friends in healthcare and other frontline organizations are tackling this virus head on. That is not something we take lightly.
