For approved emergency-service projects, CBL technicians can continue work outside normal business hours and remain dedicated to the project, with recovery often completed within 48 hours.

For all of our Customers, corporate, government, non-profit, students or individuals, our standard service includes a free evaluation with no hidden costs. After our initial evaluation of your media, we require your approval of the exact charges before we proceed with the recovery.

CBL’s success-based service commitment has guided our work for more than 30 years. If we are unable to recover the data identified as the objective of your project, no recovery fee is payable.

Some advanced recoveries require specialized preparation, replacement components or additional engineering work. In these cases, a non-refundable commencement fee may apply. Any such fee will be clearly identified in your quotation and requires your approval before work proceeds.

The commitment applies to the approved recovery scope and the media submitted for that project. Additional devices, files or recovery objectives introduced after delivery are outside the original project scope.
